One Condition. One Plan. Week by Week.
The articles on this site tell you what your condition is and which window it runs on. The plans tell you what to do about it, week by week: 6 to 8 weeks for a condition you’re treating at home, 12 weeks to the whole year for a recovery after a fracture or surgery.
Each one is the plan I use in clinic, written down: which splint and how many hours, what to stop and what to change, the exercises in order with the stop rules, an honest chapter on what to do when it isn’t working, and a printable log so you can see whether it’s working before your feelings tell you.
Written by Nigel Chua, hand occupational therapist in practice since 2005. Thousands of hands, wrists and elbows assessed and treated. PDF, delivered by email the moment you pay. $27 each. If a plan doesn’t help you understand your condition and what to do about it, email me within 90 days for a full refund.
